Dr. Hataoka (Dr. "H") D.D.S. - Dr. H, the resident
dentist on staff of the Western Sierra Dental
Clinic, is a graduate of the University of Southern
California. Dr. H. has a very
caring, professional concern for all of his
patients. He does preventive care such as
periodic cleanings and fluoride treatments as well
as such procedures as filling cavities, and adjusting
and fitting dentures.
Brenda Black Jon Zamora, DDS Dr. H.
Jon Zamora, D.D.S. - Dr. Zamora contributes his services
part time at the Western Sierra Dental Clinic. He received
his D.D.S. from the University of the Pacific in 1988, and
State Certification in Dental Acupuncture from the UCLA
School of Dentistry in 1993. He has completed many
hours of continuing education in the fields of Orofacial
Pain, Restorative Dentistry, and Implant Dentistry.
Brenda Black - Registered Dental Assistant - Brenda has
been working at the Western Sierra Dental Clinic for 16
years. A long-time resident of Downieville (38 years), she
maintains a friendly, professional atmosphere in our
two-chair office. Brenda graduated from Western Career
College for Dental Assisting and 1979 and was licensed
in 1981. She is familiar with all of the front office
procedures scheduling and billing and back office
business of x-rays, lab preparations and patient assistance.
